We found the buzz to be one of the most functional electric toothbrushes we’ve tested. The single button allows you to switch between three different vibration modes (or two if you buy the battery version): Normal, Sensitive, and Deep Clean. While it can be confusing to know which mode other brushes with multiple brushing modes are set to, the buzz makes that abundantly clear via the LED lights.
