Republican Governors Ron DeSantis, Doug Ducey, and Greg Abbott have done Americans a great service by raising awareness of the national security and humanitarian crisis at our southern border. By sending immigrants to Democrat-run cities like New York and Chicago, and elite camps like Martha’s Vineyard, they have exposed the anarchy and hypocrisy of liberal Democrats who are all for open borders, until undocumented people land in the middle of they.
Soon it will be the turn of Congress. If, as expected, Republicans take control of the House of Representatives, Republican lawmakers must proceed with the articles of impeachment filed against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, which were first introduced on August 10, 2019. 2021.
That resolution, introduced by Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs and a group of like-minded Republican lawmakers, asserted that Mayorkas presided over “a reckless abandonment of border security and immigration enforcement, at the expense of the Constitution and security.” from United States”. In addition, the complaint charges that “Secretary Mayorkas has deliberately refused to maintain operational control of the border as required by the 2006 Secure Fences Act.”
MAYORKAS CLAIMS REPUBLICANS SAY BORDER IS ‘OPEN’ IS ‘MUSIC TO SMUGGLER’S EARS’
Section 2(a) of the Secure Fences Act of 2006 defines “operational control” as “the prevention of all illegal entries into the United States, including the entries of terrorists, other illegal aliens, instrumentalities of terrorism, narcotics, and another contraband.

Mayorkas told Congress last May, under oath, that he had complied with that Law, although he clearly had not. As former U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services official Robert Law wrote at the time, “This definition was read aloud to Mayorkas prior to his response, making it all the more remarkable that he claims to have met that edict.”
The articles of indictment charge Mayorkas with felonies and misdemeanors and state that, “at his direction, the Department of Homeland Security is violating the law.”
Mayorkas should not be the only target of the Republican Party. Vice President Kamala Harris should be subpoenaed and questioned about her efforts to cure the “root causes” of illegal immigration. The voters deserve to know… what has she done? Treasury Secretary Yellen must account for how much illegal immigration is costing the United States. Labor Secretary Walsh must testify about the impact of 2 million undocumented workers on America’s minimum wage workers.
MAYORKAS ALERT THAT NO HAITIAN MIGRANT WAS ‘Agitated’ HOURS BEFORE THE WH PRESS CONFERENCE
The Biden White House should be asked if the administration leaned on the mayor of El Paso, Texas, just weeks before the midterm elections, for not declaring a state of emergency in his city, even as he fights to handle a huge influx of immigrants.
They must also explain why Arizona Gov. Ducey was ordered to remove shipping containers placed along the border to plug holes in Trump’s border wall.

In short, the Joe Biden White House must take responsibility for allowing and ignoring the breakdown of law and order on our southern border. This failure served a purpose, intended to swell the ranks of Hispanic Democratic voters over time and create a permanent electoral advantage for the President’s party.
Joe Biden reversed former President Trump’s policies that had reduced illegal immigration to manageable numbers. Only recently, when polls showed Democrats in trouble, did Biden reintroduce Trump’s “remain in Mexico” approach, using that sensible move to send Venezuelans across the border to await their asylum hearings.
SEPTEMBER ENCOUNTERS WITH MIGRANTS REACH RECORD, 20 ALLEGED TERRORISTS ARRESTED
Soon enough, the influx of Venezuelans dwindled. That’s what works: it sends people back to their home country, the message spreads quickly, and the numbers go down.
Today, thanks to Biden putting up the welcome sign, the numbers are terrifying. It’s so horrible that the administration would do anything to keep them hidden, even posting them late on a Friday night, avoiding the news cycle.
That’s what happened last week, when Customs and Border Patrol reported that more than 277,000 immigrants crossed into the US illegally in September, a record. During the fiscal year ending September 30, nearly 2.4 million people entered our nation, also a record. About 70% of that total were unaccompanied single adults. Among them were 98 people on the terrorist watch list; Prior to this current year, the five-year cumulative total of known or suspected terrorists who crossed the border was 26.
BIDEN, DEMS NAP THROUGH THE BORDER CRISIS: THESE STATISTICS SHOULD WAKE YOU UP AND TERRIFY ALL AMERICANS
These figures do not include the nearly 600,000 so-called “fugitives” who are detected entering the country but not detained. Presumably, it also does not include those who steal across the border but are not watched by law enforcement.
The figures also do not include people who entered the country on more than one occasion, but were expelled. Including repeat offenders, the total number of illegal crossings jumps to 2.8 million, one million more than the previous year.
Over the past twelve months, some 856 people have died trying to enter the US, many of them drowning while swimming in the Rio Grande. Others died in suffocating trucks used by coyotes to get people through customs. Terrible, horrible deaths, both children and adults.
This is not OK. Nothing is okay. The White House has encouraged this rush of people, which has caused these tragic deaths. There is nothing “human” about this.

It is also not humane to burden communities with the care of tens of thousands of people released in the US while they supposedly await hearings to determine their status. Even large cities like New York have suffered economic hardship from the arrival of modest numbers of undocumented people. Imagine the damage done to the smaller border communities where these people mostly land.
It is not only the economic cost, nor of course. There is also the egregious influx of fentanyl and other deadly drugs that migrants smuggle across the border, the billions of dollars that flow to the gangs that transport people into our country and traffic in sex victims.

The Joe Biden White House is complicit in this collapse of our border and the enrichment of the cartels that profit from it.
If the Republicans take control of the House on November 8, there must be a reckoning.
